Fur seals and above all sea lions can be admired everywhere on the Galapagos and delight visitors with their sense of family, playfulness and agility on land and more particularly in water.

Swimming or diving with young playful sea lions is one of the very special experiences on the Galapagos.

The impressive Alpha bulls should, however, be treated with respect as they will use their massive physical size (up to 300 kg) to defend their territory, family and above all young.
